MCP750 is a single-slot CompactPCI industrial single-board computer built on Motorola PowerPC 750 RISC processor, widely used as master computing node for legacy Honeywell TDC3000 LCN stations, telecom equipment, aerospace control racks. It adopts low-power PowerPC design with ECC error-correcting memory to ensure stable operation under harsh electromagnetic industrial environments. Standard MCP750 is non-hot-swap; MCP750HA supports cPCI hot-swap maintenance without rack power shutdown. Equipped with rich native I/O, onboard Flash storage, watchdog timers and battery-backed NVRAM RTC clock. A single PMC mezzanine slot enables flexible expansion of extra communication or I/O modules, fully compatible with VxWorks real-time operating system for mission-critical industrial control platforms.
